Update:

Paul, one of our readers, chimed in to say that Liz alluded to the possibility of a second season via UStream last night. She apparently tried to dodge any questions concerning the status of her relationship with co-star Bryson Gilreath. More updates as they become available.

Speculation is abuzz right now as to whether or not MTV will air a second season of My Life as Liz, a faux documentary of sorts depicting the life of an average teenager trying to make it through high school. The show has all of the elements you would expect from an MTV “reality show,” including obviously scripted scenes between Liz and the leader of a popular clique at school. Naturally, MTV worked in some romantic element as well – Bryson, who at the near conclusion of the first season is seen trying to chase after Liz after her and her date are leaving the venue. You couldn’t expect any other ending from a “reality show.” Really – do you think it’ s coincidental that after the first season of Laguna Beach, Lauren planned to move to San Fransisco, much like Liz is not contemplating a move to New York.

It appears that My Life as Liz has been received very well by the teenage population, which undoubtedly explains the possibility of another season. MTV has not made any public statements about the future of the show, but given the utmost positive reception, it’s a safe bet that a new season may well be on the horizon. If and when official word comes that My Life as Liz Season 2 is on its way, we will let you know!

Those of you that like forking over $100 for a 16 ounce piece of stake might be interested to hear about wagyu steak. A butcher shop owner from New York is apparently selling 100 of these wagyu steaks on a monthly basis, without any sort of regret for “jibbing” customers. He’s also selling bone-in strip steaks along with bone-in hip steaks for a total of $55k of meat.

wagyu steak is apparently very similar to Kobe beef, which comes from cows that have been fed and otherwise treated like loyalty. wagyu steak comes from cows imported from Japan, where Kobe beef also comes from. wagyu steak are supposed to be very tender, and need to be cooked very carefully for they burn extremely easily.

wagyu steak scores extremely high on the USDA’s scoring system. While quality meets tend to score a 5 or 6, wagyu steak tends to score a 10.

We’d love to try some wagyu steak, but the price tag seems a bit rich for our blood. If you would like to try some wagyu steak, your best bet is to head to New York where this steak is sold quite often. It is evident that eating wagyu steak is greatly different from eating other types of meat. One can only imagine the sort of pressure wagyu steak chefs are under while cooking this meet. Being so fragile, it can easily spoil under the hands of an inexperienced chef.

People are going on a frantic search for Lawrence Golub. Since many of you might not know who Lawrence Golub and what he stands for, we will be revealing what our recent research has indicated on Lawrence Golub. Please not that some of you may be searching for a different Lawrence than the once we are referencing in this article. If so, please do not hesitate to mention the one you’re searching for in our comments section below.

Lawrence Golub was elected as one of the members of the New York State Financial Control Board in December of 2007. He was nominated to the board by then governor of New York Eliot Spitzer, who earlier this year was caught in a highly publicized scandal. Lawrence Golub was elected to a board that was created in 1975.

Lawrence Golub holds a position as the president of Golub Capital, a lending company. Lawrence Golub and his company oversee the management of some $3.5 billion in capital.

Some new developments have likely developed involving Lawrence Golub, hence why so many are searching for him online. We can only comment that Lawrence Golub may have had some conflicts-of-interest with his position as the CEO of the lending firm, as well as his position in the board. This is only conjecture, as we’ve yet to hear why Lawrence Golub has returned to the news. As more information on Lawrence Golub, we will keep you updated.

A New York kindergartner brought packets of herion to a day care center where he proceded to distribute them to fellow students. The child apparently mistaked the drug for candy; it had smiley faces stamped on it. In total, 6 children were taken to the hospital but later released. The boy, his sister, and another girl seemed to have ingested the drug.

The boy and his sister were both placed in protective custody although his parents insisted that neither did drugs. I myself don’t buy the parents’ story. I’m confident you just don’t find several heroin packets as you are “walking to school,” as the parents claimed. That’s just ridiculous. Lets see how they fare after the investigation.
