Obviously angered by the question, the tension between the two escalate, to the point that the old man is forced to move to the front of the bus. In the midst of all this, fellow buss passengers are seen asking the young adult male to calm down, telling him that dueling it out the old man is “not worth it.” Some more words and exchanged, and the young man finally approaches the front of the bus, where the senior citizen is seated. In an unexpected turn of events, the bearded man swings several times at the boy (who has yet to make physical contact with him) and continues to assault him up until the point that he is resting on the floor. The resulting scene is a messy one, with the boy’s blood splattered along the seats of the bus. The driver than stops the bus, and at that point the bearded man exits the bus and continues to rile on the boy, telling him he shouldn’t have “fu$ked with him.”

Many of the people who have seen this video, including ourselves, are absolutely appalled by its content, and perhaps the grotesque nature of the video is what has attracted so many viewers. To witness such behavior in our modern times is shocking, especially after we have all been led to believe that the racial tension has long since depleted. It is unclear whether charges will be pressed in this matter (although we here surely hope that the victim pursues legal action), but the big question is to what extent does this racial tension continue to loom. Hopefully, this video (which shouldn’t be treated as something destined for entertainment purposes) will bring to light that we continue to live in a cruel society that has failed to learn from its past mistakes. Sure, some of you may call this an isolated incident that doesn’t reflect on all of us as a whole, however, there have been related events that all continue to point to our ongoing inability to get along with one another.

Jerry Inman pleaded guilty to not just murder, but several other counts including kidnapping and rape. Inman’s sentence is expected to be severe, with some speculating that he may recieve the death penatly, something we believe he rightfully deserves. Inman is expected to be sentenced in September.

Inman’s psychiatrist, Donna Scwartz-Watts, claims that Inman actually wants to die. It acually seems that we may be rewarding him for his deed should he recieve the death penatly. Then again, this may be a ploy to keep his sentence at life in prison.

Police arrested Inman in the death of Tiffany Marie Souers after they matched DNA found in her apartment to that of Inman’s. Her body was discovered in her campus apartment in May of 2006. Inman was apprehended in Tennesse after police spent two weeks trying to uncover the perpetrator.

This is not Inman’s first time being involved in violent crimes. He spent nearly 20 years of his life in jail, serving time for rape-related crimes. Nine months following his last release, Inman once again found himself in trouble after killing Souers at her college campus.

Inman is also currently facing charges in other rape crimes, which occured in two different states.

It’ll be interesting to see what sort of sentence Inman recieves for the killing of Tiffany Marie Souers. The jury might feel inclined to give him life in prison, given his wishes to die. However, as we’ve said before, this may be his shot at saving himself from the death penalty. We wouldn’t think twice about giving Inman the death penatly, given the severity of this crime and his history of involvement in other, equally disturbing crimes.

Given what friends have said about Tiffany Marie Souers, one can derive that this was a very selfless crime. She was loved by all at her college campus, and thus friends had a very difficult time fathoming who could commit such a crime. Tiffany Marie Souers was a civil engineering student with probably a bright future ahead of her. It’s a real pity that her future was shattered by such a monster of an individual.

Shelley Malil was arrested yesterday and remains in custody today. He was taken into custody yersterday evening without any sort of problems. Shelley Malil was arrested shortly after deboarding a train a train at Oceanside rail depot.

The 43 year old star is believed to have stabbed his girlfriend nearly 20 times. The incident is believed to have occured Sunday night. The women was left to suffer after the stabbing. Neighbors noticed police after they heard screams and various other unsettling sounds. When the first law enforcement officals arrived on the scene, they found a woman that had been apparently stabbed several times. The woman also had cuts on her face.

Police aren’t exactly sure what sort of motive Shelley Malil would have for doing such an atrocious thing to his former girlfriend. However, the reasons for his presense at the home came into question after the attack. Although we are fans of Shelley Malil’s performance in “40-year old virgin” we do question the circumstances under which Shelley Malil was there at the home. To truly uncover these circumstances, however, it is likely that a full-fledged police investigation will be needed.

Shelley Malil had intentions of turning himself in the day following the attack. Although he may have done nothing wrong, he was encouraged by several family members and close friends to turn himself into law enforcement officials. Malil was planning to consult an attorney when he deboarded a train in Oceanside, however he was stopped and taken into custody by a member of the San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force. Shelley Malil was arrested without any sort of fight on his part.

Shelley Malil was born in Keralam, India and moved to the United States in the 1970s. He has appeared in numerous television films and shows. Among his show credits include Scrubs, ER, and NYPD Blue. His most noted role is that of Haziz in the movie hit “40-year old virgin.”

We are shocked by the allegations facing Shelley Malil just as much as others are. However, we cannot draw any sort of conclusions based on what information is currently available. When a more conclusive investigation is conducted, we’ll be able to get a better picture of who Shelley Malil really is. Until then, we’ll be left to hope that Shelley Malil took no part in any of these henious activities which he is facing charges for.

We wish the Shelley Malil’s girlfriend the best, and hope she has a very speedy recovery. It’s truly a shame what she was subject to and hope that she can recover without too many complications.

We think JohnTv.com is quite an impressive project for a single individual. It’s obvious that Brian’s serious about making an impact on how city officials deal with prostitution. Now, if only more people got involved, we could actually spur a significant decline in these types of crimes. This, however, seems to be a pipe dream as people are far too occupied these days with keeping their job and trying not to feel the effects of the recession we are slowly slipping into.

I’m still having a lot of trouble understanding how this crime actually took place. She was kidnapped in front of a Target. How could nobody have witnessed anything? This crime didn’t occur at 4 or 5 am, it happened at 7 p.m. There are a number of people in parking lots during that hour. So how come nobody saw anything?
