North Korea to stop operating nuclear reactor

Some good news from North Korea this morning! Their calling it quits on one of the nuclear reactors that produces plutonium. They expect to have it shutdown within ‘weeks’. This is after many delays, including one which involved trouble in returning $25M in funds from accounts frozen by Macau’s Banco Delta Asia SARL. I’m glad to hear about this. I’m definitely breathing easier knowing that North Korea is going to have one less nuclear reactor.
