I see a lawsuit in Six Flags’ future. A girl who was riding Superman at the Kentucky amusement park lost both of her feet at the ankle. This was in no way her fault; the ride malfunctioned. Six Flags is in some hot water right now. They better be preparing a nice settlement for the girl. If they aren’t, I suggest they get their butts moving. Every lawyer in Kentucy is probably lining up to tackle the case.
