What the heck is going on with the justice system today? The judge ruling in the case of a USC student who was accused of contributing to her newborn’s death chose to throw out her muder charge. I would love to hear why he chose to do so. But I do have a hunch. Maybe because the defendants lawyer is Mark Garagos! You know, the high-profile attorney who was also hired by Scott Peterson . I just find all of this a bunch of crap. I really do believe she did it because when you’re young, you’re stupid. Ok, she may have been confused with a baby at 22, but seriously, that’s no justification for killing a baby. Its amazes me just how idiotic people have become.
