The Judge who originally sentenced Paris Hilton to her 45-day sentence has filed papers to re-admit her. Hilton will attend a hearing tommorow (6/07) to determine whether or not she will return to jail. This comes admist rising public oppostion to her recent release from jail. Legal professionals claim that only the judge, not the Sheriff’s office had the right to modify where she would serve her sentence. Further, more questions are building up as to what exact “medical” issues the hotel heiress was subjected to that justified her release from jail.
